Very nice experience for an older couple Older people have little understanding of all these new devices on cars today . Scott Dowd showed us everything and took the time and did it slowly, so that we could understand what he was showing us. We have called him several times with questions and every time he has given his full attention and worked with us to explane our questions. He is a real asset to us. And a fine young man, he cares. When I called Vann York Toyota, I spoke with Marvin took down my information and Charles gave me pricing on the models I was considering that same day. I went in the next day and negotiated a great price. I worked with an energetic and optimistic new sales staff Patrick, who showed me everthing i needed to know about the vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions and not only wanted to sell me the car, but wanted to build a lasting consumer relationship with me. This was by far the best car-buying experience I have had. More
