We have visited family in the triad numerous times in the past, and so we were vaguely familiar with Vann York Toyota. Upon arrival at the dealership, we met our salesman, Charles Martin. Charles was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, & responsive. He kept us informed as to our progress, and was always available to answer questions, He's great. We enjoyed our interactions with Jerome Sam as well, and Karen Katsos was extremely friendly and helpful in resolving a couple of minor paperwork issues we encountered upon returning home. Wonderful new truck buying experience I was in need of a new or newer Toyota Tacoma truck. My mother and I searched for several weeks and finally decided to go to Vann York Toyota which i I was in need of a new or newer Toyota Tacoma truck. My mother and I searched for several weeks and finally decided to go to Vann York Toyota which is over 50 miles from my home. It was certainly worth the trip. The dealership was very busy that day, but we were hardly out of our vehicle when we were greeted by Greg Reantillo. They did not have the truck in inventory that I wanted but Greg informed us that one would be available in about 4 weeks. True to his word the truck arrived within the week he stated. Greg was courteous and most helpful. The kind of salesman that we all would prefer. More

Greg was great. He wasn't pushy, which we really appreciated, and he was really a joy to work with. It was around 7pm when we got to the lot, we test drove one vehicle and looked at a few, and I drove off with the car right at 9pm.
