Goodloe Napier, the salesperson who worked with me, set me up in a 2013 Prius C, since fuel economy was my #1 priority. The whole thing, from meeting Goodloe to driving away in my new car, took about 2.5 hours, which has to be some kind of record - I'm used to hours of waiting for this or that to happen in the car buying process. Goodloe listened to me as I descrited what I wanted, and that is what made the whole thing so easy. The process was low-pressure all the way thorugh, and I felt as though the entire sales team really cared about me and my car needs. I'm totally pleased! More

My daughter had in mind what she wanted, RAV4,. We were not sure we would be able to get the car on our budget. Justin and the finance representatives were able to offer a college incentive along with the manufactures rebates that got us within our comfortable budget. My daughter is lucky to have a Toyota as her first financed car. We are confident her car will last longer than the car payments. Justin went above and beyond to take care of us. He even lead us to drop off the rental car and get us back to the dealership safely. What we liked most is the fact that we never felt pressured to make a decision, making our experience enjoyable.
