The sales agent started with a through explanation of the technology in my vehicle. I then looked at and drove several cars, and was even able to take one for several hours. The price was good so there wasn't any real haggling, and I also provided my own financing so there were no issues there. I was made aware of the extended warranty options, but felt no pressure to purchase, which I didn't. I did have to wait a little for the certification process to be completed, but that included getting new tires and a full tank of gas, so it was well worth the wait. Everything I know about Van York is positive. More
