Terrible Dealership I looked at buying a Toyota from Vann York about 15 years ago and it was the worst dealership I'd ever experienced. The sales manager(s) were arugumentive and rude. Save your time and go to Rice Toyota. I loved dealing with Rice when I bought my last Toyota and should have started there this time. More

Found a great deal on the vehicle we were looking for. Great marks for the team at Vann York. We were looking for a specific color, make and model, and that was what sent us to High Point. We looked at similar vehicles in other areas (even as far a Atlanta), but we gave Vann York a chance. The team was easy to work with and we agreed on a fair price for the vehicle. The only complaint I have about the entire experience was the time it took to finalize everything. I know this is typical of buying a car at a dealership (financing, negotiating, etc.), but there needs to be a better way. That is the only reason for the 4-star instead of a 5-star. More

Bought car for daughter. 3rd purchase from Vann york. Shopping for used car for our daughter, she wanted a specific vehicle.
