No customer service should be their motto I leased a 2014 Toyota from van York and I never had a test drive in the one they bought me, the door rattled constantly and everytime I asked to have I leased a 2014 Toyota from van York and I never had a test drive in the one they bought me, the door rattled constantly and everytime I asked to have it fixed , they never heard it, three years of door rattling. They filled out an out of date contract and I had to come back up and fill out a new one and the guy was annoyed because I sat there and read every word. My salesman quit or was fired and no one ever told me. I called him in his cell and oh I don’t work there. I never got surveys and asked why , oh you requested no emails . I said no I didn’t, why would I give you my email and then request you not use it? He basically called me a liar. I said change it, I want surveys. So time comes up to turn in the lease and I ask what my options are and what kind of deal they could offer me. 200 off a new car, that was it. He Charls Martin was vague and I got fed up and went to another dealer and I bought a new car. I notified Charles Martin but he still kept saying come see me. He never answered my emails , never returned my calls. One month after I’d traded he offered me a deal I would have taken, but this was one month after I’d used the lease forgiveness program and one month after I’d notified him that I’d traded. So I finally had to have the manager of pinehurst toyota to call him and tell him I no longer have the car to get him to stop mailing and emailing me. Today I get oil service coupons from them . After you buy a car, they couldn’t care less about you. Oh and after this review they said they had no record of my three years lease! That’s how screwed up they are ! Oh! How priceless, a salesman from there just emailed me about buying a new car, yet they have no idea who I am. Yeah right? They called me a sir, I’m a girl.want me to call them when they never returned a single call I made before hand . Clueless people, do not buy from them More
