Thankfully, a very friendly and helpful sales associate named Mark Tucker sent me a text and an email to help me on-the-spot. Out of the five local Toyota dealers near my home, Mark was the first to respond with the information that I needed. He greeted my daughters and I with the exact car to test drive, answered our questions and really helped us feel at ease. The financing discussion was handled beautifully by Luis Nunez and the warm greetings from Marvin Richardson and Levan Seperteladze were greatly appreciated. From start to finish, I was very impressed with Mark and the Vann York staff. Top-notch! More

Once I knew what I wanted was another Toyota, I shopped several other Toyota dealerships looking for that car. Twice now I've wound up at Vann York and twice I've come away with the car I wanted. They hunted the east coast to find me the specific color and model I wanted. They gave me a fantastic price on my trade-in. Purchase of a Used Camry I purchased a used Camry that I saw on the Internet (CarGuru). Talking about the Camry with the salesman was easy and without pressure. We seemed to understand each other and he explained several things about the car. He made it possible to drive the car home to give me and the family plenty of time to check it out. The process of purchasing the car took several days to work things out; during this time I was in constant contact with the salesman, he quickly responded to my texts and calls, this was very important to me. I want to give special thanks to the Service Advisor in the service department, Darrell Shelton. He was very knowledgeable about the Camry, it's components, tire care, alignment etc. I have been buying cars for 40 years and never met a service guy that was so forthcoming and helpful about technical information. Give that guy a raise, I am sure he is helpful to all customers. The entire process of purchasing the car at Vann York was a good experience, I cannot recommend any improvements. More

Was worth it I visited Vann York Toyota on 8/18/2018 to get the 20,000 mile maintenance done on my 2017 Corolla, so to kill time was just looking around and I spot I visited Vann York Toyota on 8/18/2018 to get the 20,000 mile maintenance done on my 2017 Corolla, so to kill time was just looking around and I spotted the new 2019 Corolla SE in the showroom and I fell for it. It was exactly like my 2017 Corolla SE color and all but with a few added upgrades. I dealt with Cole Byland who in turn had helped my mother with her 2018 Corolla. Cole was very nice and did not pressure me into purchasing the 2019 model. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted to buy a car at Vann York Toyota, he will work to get you the best deal possible.. More
