Sales and Leasing Consultant - Mr. Eddie Merrill- Mr. Eddie Merrill provided me with the most pleasant, caring and considerate customer service I can recall receiving in a very long time. My employe Mr. Eddie Merrill provided me with the most pleasant, caring and considerate customer service I can recall receiving in a very long time. My employer provided me with a 2018 Toyota Camry and that in itself is a wonderful gesture, and I am so very grateful. To top it off Mr. Merrill took care making sure the vehicle was delivered to me in a timely matter, he personally drove for over 8 hours to make delivery himself and when he arrived after such a long drive he was so very pleasant and energized and truly excited for me. Mr. Merrill arrived that evening took the time to explain features in the car to me and even captured my excitement in photos that he gladly shared with the executives of my company. Most folks would have been more interested in making the delivery and then hurried to get some rest so they could return home. Before arriving with the car Mr. Merrill kept me updated on his expected time to arrive and wanted to be sure he was not interrupting any plans I may have had. After the delivery Eddie made sure I was satisfied and comfortable with he vehicle. If ever anyone has the opportunity to be provided with the excellent customer that Mr. Eddie Merrill provides, they will be in great hands. Mr. Eddie Merrill, you are the best with a very wonderful and you have been a blessing to me.
