Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Dishonest and do not stand by what they say. Cannot honor a quoted price because they drove the car down the street. Wait a w I have ever dealt with. Now you try to post a reply and blame the situation on not agreeing on a price. RAV4 purchase VANN York TOYOTA was prompt in replying to my internet search for the RAV4 that I was seeking. Manyango Wilson was the salesman that called and we arr VANN York TOYOTA was prompt in replying to my internet search for the RAV4 that I was seeking. Manyango Wilson was the salesman that called and we arranged for me to drive to High Point to see the car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all of the “new to me” safety and technology features. It had been 7 years since I had purchased a newer car, so all of these features were new to me. After taking a test drive, we spent time negotiating a price that was agreeable to me and to the dealership, All of the employees at Vann York that I met were wonderful to work with—sales manager, Jerome, and Steve in finance. I am looking forward to driving my 2018 RAV4 and would recommend both the dealership and Manyango Wilson to work with in buying a vehicle. More
