Vann York Toyota

2016 Tundra Bought a 2016 Tundra from on 8/8/19. I told the salesman that either the front was out of alignment of the tires were. The sales person said "I will Bought a 2016 Tundra from on 8/8/19. I told the salesman that either the front was out of alignment of the tires were. The sales person said "I will take care of you", so I bought the truck. Drive the truck over the weekend and the front end shimmied over 65 mph. I hooked the truck to Vann York and they would give me an alignment. The Service technician said that the tires where bad and that I would be wasting my time. Service department said that would SELL me a set of tires (at cost) and an alignment. I am willing to split the cost. I just don't think I will be taking my truck for any service. Truck will be a nice truck once I get the tires replaced. More

Dishonest Test drove the 2011 Tahoe that they have on the lot and had a mechanic check it out. Vin # for motor under the hood has been removed. Vin #s located in the glove box have also been removed. The carpet is soaked from front of vehicle to the back. There is mold and rust forming under the carpet. Door locks are not functioning properly. Wiring harness housing for the front seats has been damaged from where the seats had been removed from the vehicle. Found 5 codes that had been cleared by the dealer. Manager seemed to show a lot of concern about what I presented to him, however, I see that they are still trying to sell this vehicle. I will never do business with them and I think it is sickening that they are still trying to sell this vehicle to anyone. More

Each time I would come into the dealership the manager and the salesmen Mike Reid were always very personable and willing to take care of what I needed. I appreciate this experience as it was my first time financing a vehicle. Thanks to their customer service and helpful questions I was able to get what I want and more thanks to their advice. (Note: Car salesmen have the tendency to be stereotyped as pushy-that was never my experience). All my questions, research, and their expertise aligned well to make a happy customer out of me. I am still learning the vehicle. I am sure that will take time.
