Wonderful experience at Vann York Toyota in High Point. A day of browsing car lots turned into my first official car purchase with the help of Fred Cook. Mr. Fred Cook assisted me as I shopped for a new car. I knew which one I wanted to see, and without hesitation, he had me do a test-drive so I could see if that was the right choice for me. When I wanted an option not present on the specific vehicle, Mr. Cook gladly checked with a manager, & the manager came over & explained that it can be added & what that cost would be. Other than that, I just worked with Mr. Cook on the purchase, & that was refreshing. Vann York Toyota made the car-buying process simple. And Mr. Cook answered my questions & gladly explained things, & gave me the space & time I needed to consider whether I wanted that car or to keep looking. And after the purchase, the next day, I called about a paperwork matter, & Mr. Cook was just as helpful to assist as before the purchase.
