Perfectly pleasant experience. Sales were not too pushy. They handled the trade in very well. The used car had a broken windshield and they made accommodations for that. The one thing was that the tire pressure light was on and I asked for it to be checked. They only filled the tires with air and said it should be fine. Only later found out that the pressure sensor(s) are bad. For a Toyota dealership I wished they had known better but it's understandable. More

These people need to get their crap together! worst place ever to try to get a NEW car. This is suppose to be one of the happiest times in a couples life... Not with the way we were dealt. They need to learn how to have CUSTOMER SERVICE....and then when you can't get the help you need and you go to the top.... I found a truck I loved on true car. I live 1.5 hours away. So I called and made a small deposit to hold the vehicle until I could get out there to see it. Once I got there. The vehicle was as described away. So I called and made a small deposit to hold the vehicle until I could get out there to see it. Once I got there. The vehicle was as described and waiting for me to test drive it. The pricing seemed fair and the dealership was honest and upfront. I will definitely consider shopping here again if I need a vehicle in the future. More

Worse place I have ever dealt with. Was guaranteed to have my vehicle on Monday and it is now Wednesday and no car! The vehicle I purchased is in Kinston which is only 2 1/2 hrs away and has been there f have my vehicle on Monday and it is now Wednesday and no car!
