I had come in and shared with him my reservations about car buying and the reason I wanted to buy a new car, and he assured me that he would get me squared away with a new car. He was very patient and understanding of my situation and did everything he could in order to help me out, and he honestly went above and beyond my expectations. I wasn’t expecting to drive off the lot with a car because I didn’t have insurance or anything, but was very surprised when he told me that I would be able to drive off the lot with the choice to put money down or not. Everything was handled on the spot! He helped me to get new insurance with the lowest rate with a company he partners with, tags and all! I was very impressed, grateful and pleased with the service. They were very unfriendly and often would not return phone calls.
