From the moment I walked in, Vann York Toyota did all they could to make sure I knew I was welcome. I'd made an appointment only thirty minutes prior to walking in and they accommodated me with who I fee they could to make sure I knew I was welcome. Charles Martin, the dealer who helped me, said he isn't really selling cars, he's selling information... something that I didn't realize I was lacking when it came to these sorts of big purchases. He was patient with my ignorance, understanding with my situation, and went above and beyond to see me driving out of there with a car that will last without breaking my bank every month.
