Really poor customer experience after final purchase of vehicle. Absolutely no help, dodging communication, and aggressive/threatening tone when calls were returned. Used car was purchased: Volkswagen Tiguan SUV, premium edition; 85K miles. Less than a week later, tree limb fell on windshield. Insurance handled the issue, but no help or assistance from dealership regarding any type of warranty. 30 days after purchase, car will not start. Called dealership, but not able to receive any help. Problem seemed to resolve itself until later when car continued to have issues starting. Salesmen intentionally avoiding communication with me. Receptionist very nice and was able to get someone else on the phone for me. Original salesman called me back later only to speak very aggressively towards me claiming I was bothering him and that he was planning on calling me back. I decided it was best not to address the vehicle and try to sort out any problem on my own. Finally, 2 months after purchase, car would not start again. Took it to a local service/mechanic shop and was instructed to take it back to the dealership where I purchased the car. The battery was very low, even though it was new and had a sticker on from June of 2024 (car purchased in July). I went to service area of dealership. Attendants were nice, but ultimately said that they could not help me as the used car had a small window of 30 days. They ran a report and claimed the battery passed as "good" when it was installed prior to my purchase of the vehicle. But again, they said they were not able to help me. They offered for me to speak with my original salesman, but I explained the issue in communicating with him before and how I did not wish to work with him for any other situation regarding my vehicle or anything else. I took my vehicle to Flow VW in Winston for a diagnostic. Battery was not installed properly and had been steadily losing power daily. Also, transmission fluid and brake fluid were both old/expired. I had new battery installed correctly along with other proper maintenance for my used vehicle. The battery in my vehicle now has a 5 year warranty, and I feel assured that my vehicle has been serviced correctly. To be honest, the experience while purchasing my vehicle was nice. The salesman and team were all very hospitable, friendly, and understanding. However, once I pulled off the car lot, I guess the helpfulness evaporated away and I was just another number. Very disappointing. I will be taking any and all future business to anywhere but this location. More

Everyone was extremely helpful especially since I was having to find a car unexpectedly. I could not of asked for a better person to work with than Edwin. He was a responsive communicator, thorough in explaining our options, and efficiently helped us reserve the vehicle we were searching was fantastic.
