I worked with salesman, Joe Garrick. He worked extremely hard to meet my expectations in purchasing a used Toyota Highlander. He did meet my expectations and I give him a 5 star rating. However, there were hard to meet my expectations in purchasing a used Toyota Highlander. He did meet my expectations and I give him a 5 star rating. However, there were parts of the sales process involving other salesmen and finance officers that made the process stressful and complicated. Years ago, our family purchased a Honda CRV from Vann York Honda. We had an outstanding experience from sales to finance to completion. I had high expectations that my experience with Vann York Toyota would be similar. However, my overall experience with Vann York Toyota was not as good as my experience with Vann York Honda. More

This was a great experience with Vann York. I had been looking for a Toyota Camry and they had good cars and great prices. All the guys there were good and I had a awesome experience with Greg he helped m looking for a Toyota Camry and they had good cars and great prices.
