Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with our new RAV4. It fits our need for a smaller vehicle but still comfortable fit for someone my size. We also did not want something so low we needed a hoist to get up and out, hence, looking at SUVs. I like the idea of driving a hybrid to save on gas and move in the direction of electric vehicles. We have been using Van York to service our Tundra since retiring and moving to North Carolina. They have always provided excellent service with extremely pleasant attitude of all their employees. If there was a problem, someone would explain the issue and cost before proceeding with any work. Van York also had the best price on the RAV4. The best selling point with Van York was Charles Martin. Other dealers we have been to, the sales person could not answer technical question without running to the back for answers. Charles listened to our primary concerns and worked with our request to stay outside. He explained several unique features of the car but also listened to our options and concerns. We never felt pressured in any way. I would not hesitate to recommend Van York to anyone looking for a new vehicle and would tell them to insist on dealing with Charles. More

Extremely positive experience at Vann York Toyota. World class sales/service. The Vann York Sales/Financial staff which included Erik Rodriguez, Clay Hudson, and Luis Nunez were professional, knowledgeab class sales/service. The Vann York Sales/Financial staff which included Erik Rodriguez, Clay Hudson, and Luis Nunez were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They understood my needs, both in product and finances. While they were very customer-focused, I never felt pressured in any way. Additionally, the other staff members I encountered on an informal basis while there were very friendly, checked in with me during wait times, and all represented Vann York in a positive manner. Kudos to the leadership of Erik and Luis. The trickle down of their professionalism is obvious. I highly recommend that Toyota use them as role models for employee and franchise training. I look forward to being a member of the Vann York customer family. More
I am a corporate buyer who buys cars nationwide for our regional salesmen. We were put in a situation were an old car died and needed to get our salesman back on the road ASAP. If our corp office wasn't in Cincinnati I would probably buy all our east coast cars here because of their simple no BS way of running their business. More
