I had my car serviced today when I went to pick up my vehicle up I ask why do you have to pay for a tire rotation when you buy the car WITH tires. I informed Tom that I have never paid for tire rotation vehicle up I ask why do you have to pay for a tire rotation when you buy the car WITH tires. I informed Tom that I have never paid for tire rotation at Cloninger Toyota on my truck he told me to take it to Cloninger or paid for tire rotation at Mock tire .I told him I would not be back and I would file a complaint he copped an attitude ( he said I was raising his voice ) told me to file a complaint . Left message for service manger ( yes I was not nice leaving message ) and of course he never called back . HORRIBLE SERVICE More
