Today my husband and I visited Toyota to have our oil change on our 2020 Toyota Camry. We were initially greeted by a member of the service team then by the Service Manager, Larry Neal. The exchange with Mr. Neal concerning our service was swift and extremely pleasant. He listened and answered the questions that we had as it related to specifics of the oil change and check points. During our visit, Mr. Neal had asked if he could speak with us for a moment. In our discussion, he discussed our treatment plan. He mentioned that we would need a cabin filter replacement. The first thing that popped into my mind was, “oh gosh, another expense that we must take care of today.” As my husband and I prepared ourselves to pay over $100 for our visit, Mr. Neal invited us into his office to talk further. Mr. Neal addressed the reviews that I previously wrote concerning our past negative experiences and apologized. He appeared genuinely sincere and we observed how empathic he was concerning what we went through. Mr. Neal expressed that he has worked for Toyota for 2 years and really values our business and want to ensure we are satisfied with the services received He then replied that he wanted to make things right by taking care of the service charges today. Both my husband and I were in shock. We expressed our sincere gratitude for his efforts to forge a new and positive relationship moving forward. The techs completed the service on our car in a timely manner. He, once again, communicated to us everything that was done on the vehicle and provided us with a print out along with wishing us a safe and good weekend. I am an extremely independent person and I insist on having a dependable and reliable vehicle. I felt confident that Mr. Neal saw to it that my Toyota was just that! I believe in accountability and Mr. Neal, on behalf of Vann York, did just that today. I look forward to continuing to do business with Vann York Toyota. More

We worked with Ramon Bones and were very happy with Ramon's willingness to negotiate and his flexibility. Ramon was willing to look into every inquiry I made and helped me to get many of the options I Ramon's willingness to negotiate and his flexibility. On some of the options I wanted, Ramon was up front about whether or not his dealership would be the best route to go and I appreciated that. At the end of the day, I felt we negotiated a fair deal and I was able to get the options that were most important to me. After the deal was completed, Ramon remained fairly accessible and helped to make sure the work that I wanted completed on the truck was done in a timely fashion. The only thing left at this point is the completion of the paperwork (title transfer), but I am sure that will be finished soon. The only (minor) negative was the detailing of the truck; and this is the only reason I won't give five stars. The inside was detailed fairly well (I had to vacuum a few hard to see areas under the seats to get up leftover peanuts and candy wrappers). The outside was immaculate except for the bed of the truck, which had not been cleaned out. The truck had a cover and a mat and when I got the truck home and removed the cover and mat, I found a lot of debris under the mat (more debris than I should have if the bed of the truck had been detailed like the rest of the truck). That being said, the positives outweighed the negatives, by far, and I would work with Mr. Bones again to purchase a truck from Vann York. More
