Extremely un happy my used 2021 vw jetta had an engine light on under 1000 miles of me having it had Larry tell me I shouldn't get upset he's spent way more on cars! this was my first car I have ever purc light on under 1000 miles of me having it had Larry tell me I shouldn't get upset he's spent way more on cars! this was my first car I have ever purchased my only way to work hint only way to pay my bills on top of that larry got the lady to pull me off hold to tell me about somthing irrelevant to my reason for call him if i wanted to talk to lary thats who i would have asked for. James did his best thats all I can say about him. But as to the district manager I'm still waiting on your call for I've left a voice message this is going on the 3rd day maybe this will help me get a response from you More

Was greeted as we exited our car asked if we had appt held door open for us took us right to our salesman James Peterson introduced him self to us with a smile offered us drinks walked us to his desk we held door open for us took us right to our salesman James Peterson introduced him self to us with a smile offered us drinks walked us to his desk we talked a moment took us to the truck we wanted to look at handed us keys told us to go for a drive and take our time all went smoothly can say this dealership is great James was awsome in and out with our truck less 90 mins and it was a used truck he showed us scratches and imperfection that he knew about our credit was not the greatest but they worked numbers and we made a deal we are very happy with Van York Toyota and James we will do business again More
