We were told by Mr. Reid that Kevin would be the one to repair the scratches/blemishes on Monday, October 31st. Mr. Reid didn’t call like he said so I called him and he said Kevin was out with a sick son. Long story short, my car looked the same as before. I asked Mr. Reid about it and he said he did the best he could but he took pictures and said he would talk with the manager and call me Monday, November 7th after their meeting. Mr. Reid had also told my husband and I that he would try to get better floor mats. Didn’t hear anything else from him. I took pictures that I will share with my family and friends on my Social media outlets.
