I can't remember Brenda's last name, but she was wonderful. She was very nice and informative and explained what was going on. As far as rating the price, that's hard to do. I found a 2006 VW Beetle TDI on the internet at Van York Toyota and within minutes was talking on the phone with Rick Campbell, the manager. After a 20 minute discourse about the car, Rick answered all my q Toyota and within minutes was talking on the phone with Rick Campbell, the manager. After a 20 minute discourse about the car, Rick answered all my questions and confirmed to me that this indeed was the car I wanted. Honesty and knowledge came through from this dealership from the get-go. I was given the Carfax and the factory warranty information and their credit managers, Brian and J.J., had all the finance and insurance information at their fingertips for great qoutes and suggestions on loan terms and extended warranties. I had looked at many cars on line and only Van York Toyota had a low mileage "cream puff" with the right equipment at a fantastic "internet special" price, saving me thousands of dollars below all other similar cars and saving me countless hours of trecking around looking everywhere for this great automobile. I would highly recommend this dealership and would definetly use this dealerships online program again. If I did not live 3,000 miles away (CALIFORNIA), I would pick my new used car up and thank these people, in person, for their professional and friendly trade practices......I am truly very pleased with this great dealership.
