Terrence was the best sales associate I have ever had. Several things made him exceptional. He was patient with me and not pushy. Then he offered to show me a deal on the 2011 Camry I wasn't even aware of. The rate and montly cost was much better and that ended up being what we got. In addition, when my wife, 2yr old and I went Saturday to initially look around the computers were down. We had to wait a while for the system to come back up. Our 2yr old needed to get some lunch so Terrence offered to give 1/2 chicken sandwich to my son. We really appreciated that(so did my son, Jackson). I would never had asked that and that was going above and beyond. The next time my wife and I are ready for a new vehicle, we will be going to Vann York and asking for Terrence. More
