The group that we worked with tried to do everything they could to get us where we wanted to be as far as monthly payment. I didn't love the car they had on their lot so they found me one at another locatio could to get us where we wanted to be as far as monthly payment. The managers took time to come over to talk to us about our transaction & everyone remembered me the next day. They were all very friendly when I came back to pick up my new vehicle. They still didn't get my payment exactly where I needed it but they did work it down to a more acceptable amount. Mike, our sales guy, was very personable & I enjoyed working with him. More
Total experience positive. Van York will be my first stop in the future when in the market for a car. Keo was excellent, he was knowledgeable about the car he showed me, and extremely professonal. I had a rental from Enterprise and Mr Stokes said to turn it in to an office next to the Dealership. This worked out well, and Keo offered to wrap up my personal belongings still in the rental. He packaged them up and sent them to me via UPS. This savedme a trip back to Highpoint. I am happy with the vehicle and the total experience which was made comletely stress free. Thanks More

My over all experience was good. The pricing was fair. The trade in was incredible. Warren was very helpful & Charles was very knowledgable. My only complaint is the chip in the windsheild. I was told by the Sales Manger that they did not know it was there & that Vann York would fix it & afterwards I would not be able to tell it was chipped. After the signing of all paper work & bring it back to have it repaired. I was told that it had been previouly repaired by your repair guy & there was no more that could be done. I asked to change the windshield & was told the best I could get was a warranty on replacement should it crack within a year. I do wonder if it had already been repaired by your repair guy how did anyone NOT know it was there. At this point it has not cracked across but it has spidered more within the repair. I do wish it would have been replaced. No one wants to pay this kind of money for a car with a chipped windshield. If I had known it had been pereviously repair & that was the best it would get I would have purchased something different. I will continue to recommend Vann York but I will explain my windsheild experience. Warren & Charles you guys rock!! More
