Most of the work for buying the car, we did online, because I didn't have a lot of time to spend in the dealership, I wanted most everything nailed down before I got there. Therefore when I got there, it virtually took minutes to complete the transaction. Everyone was very helpful and professionaland Richard Hartman was the salesman that I ended up dealing with there. Robert Motsinger was very knowledgeable about the Avalon and very patient with all my questions. He was not high pressure which I appreciated and which was actually the final selling point since I was also and very patient with all my questions. He was not high pressure which I appreciated and which was actually the final selling point since I was also looking at Toytotas and Nissans in Salisbury and Winston Salem and was having a difficult time making up my mind whether I wanted the Avalon, the Maxima, or wanted to stay with Cadillac. I know every salesman wants to make a deal, but Robert didn't act "hungry" like some of the salesmen my husband and I encountered and he talked to ME and not only to my husband. Smart man since it was my car!! More

We first had a Great Experience with the lease of a 2011 Prius II not thinking that our 2006 Corolla would be needing Major Maintenance when we brought it in for routine oil change. After hearing the discouraging news that we would have to make a major investment we were wondering what action to take. As we were trying to make a decision Mr Rose happened by greeted us with friendly curiosity about our visit and without hesitation he offered to see what possibilities might be availible to us to solve our current delema. Mr. Rose returned shortly and was able to offer us the opportunity to lease a 2011 Corolla. We believe that Mr. Rose represented Vann York above and beyond expectations and made the transition between changing vehicles effortless for us. My husband and I had been looking at new trucks for him and was very interested in a new Tundra based on price and performance ratings we had researched. We had found the one we liked at Vann York and when I called to inquire Mike Rose was the salesman that answered my call. He was very eager to answer all of my questions and Charles Justice as well. When I asked Mike to have the finance director call me he was just as courteous and helpful as the two salesman. They stayed in touch with me all day long to keep me informed of what was going on and at the end of the day had my papers ready for me to stop and sign and help me to surprise my husband. I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere except Vann York Toyota!! More
