Robert Motsinger was very knowledgeable about the Avalon and very patient with all my questions. He was not high pressure which I appreciated and which was actually the final selling point since I was also and very patient with all my questions. When I asked Mike to have the finance director call me he was just as courteous and helpful as the two salesman. They stayed in touch with me all day long to keep me informed of what was going on and at the end of the day had my papers ready for me to stop and sign and help me to surprise my husband.
