Terrance stayed in touch with me, was VERY ATTENTIVE and really kept in touch with me and called me the evening after I test drove the Nissans - i was given the opportunity to take the next level up Camry home for the night to be sure if I still liked it, which I fell in love with it & the next day bought a Camry. He really made me feel comfortable and I he didn't fast talk me - the pressure was a friendly pressure, not an 'I'm desperate to sell you a car' pressure - he was very patient & when something was wrong with a gap on the door, he took care of that & kept me informed as far as what the problem was & asked if I had the time for them to fix it right then & there. There was no feelings of pressure, just a calm warm conversation. Once we found the vehicle Mike did all he could to inform us and help us out. We had to wait til the following Monday to get the paperwork signed but it was ready and waiting. Mike Rose was a great help to us even when we felt a little apprehensive he was there to put our mind at ease. Kudos to the financial manager and the used car managers. Most of the work for buying the car, we did online, because I didn't have a lot of time to spend in the dealership, I wanted most everything nailed down before I got there.
