I had done research on the Prius and came in for a Test Ride. Mike was out sick, so I met with Richard. He explained all the features and we reviewed my purchase, insurance options. I would recommend this dealership because the salesperson, the manager, and the other associates were very considerate and polite. Sean, the salesperson worked very hard to explain all the aspect salesperson, the manager, and the other associates were very considerate and polite. After submitting several online inquiries, Richard and Vann York were the first responders and within minutes of my inquiry. I received a more than fair trade in offer sight unseen. Terrance & Marvin were GREAT! I appreciate how I was entrusted to take a Camry home not once, but twice overnight to see if I REALLY liked the car other than just for it's looks. I've owned 2 cars in my entrusted to take a Camry home not once, but twice overnight to see if I REALLY liked the car other than just for it's looks. I've owned 2 cars in my life & they were both Nissans (Altima & Maxima). I test drove the Nissans and wasn't pleased, so now this former 'Nissan Girl' is now a 'Toyota Gal' and I'm happy. Terrance stayed in touch with me, was VERY ATTENTIVE and really kept in touch with me and called me the evening after I test drove the Nissans - i was given the opportunity to take the next level up Camry home for the night to be sure if I still liked it, which I fell in love with it & the next day bought a Camry. He really made me feel comfortable and I he didn't fast talk me - the pressure was a friendly pressure, not an 'I'm desperate to sell you a car' pressure - he was very patient & when something was wrong with a gap on the door, he took care of that & kept me informed as far as what the problem was & asked if I had the time for them to fix it right then & there. Marvin found out & filled up my car with gas for my inconvenience. I really feel like they appreciated my business. Thanks to Marvin & Terrance they're the best! More

My Husband and I were just looking around. Happened to see the used Truck we were interested in online and decided to go look. We are just the people to look and run. When we entered the lot we could not see the used Truck we were interested in online and decided to go look. We are just the people to look and run. When we entered the lot we could not find the vehicle. Sitting there discussing where it could be up to the car walks Mike Rose and started a conversation. There was no feelings of pressure, just a calm warm conversation. Once we found the vehicle Mike did all he could to inform us and help us out. We had to wait til the following Monday to get the paperwork signed but it was ready and waiting. Mike Rose was a great help to us even when we felt a little apprehensive he was there to put our mind at ease. Kudos to the financial manager and the used car managers. All were a delight to work with and made our purchase easy. There is definately another visit to vann york toyota in our future. Also recommendations to all our friends and family.
