I had worked with Jerome in January 2009 so we had already established a working relationship and I trusted him. The buying experience was painless and relatively quick. Jose explained the upgrades in the new Rav 4 that I was interested in and walked me through the loan process. I had to go back for car mats this past Saturday and they filled up my car, cleaned and waxed it and even provided some lunch for my inconvenience in having to go back to the dealership for the floor mats. I would definitely recommend Vann York Toyota to my friends. I think that Jerome is a real asset to the dealership. He has a knack of making people feel welcome and lessen their anxiety about buying a new car. More

I took my sister car shopping at Vann York Toyota. Charles Martin sold us both a 2011 Toyota Corolla S. This is my second Corolla from Charles at this dealership. I enjoy working with him because he is professional, honest, loyal, patient, and very knowledgeable about his vehicles. He spent three hours with us while my sister and I shopped around. Other customers came into see him but he continued to remain by our side while she test drove several makes and models of vehicles. I stopped in to Vann York Toyota off of Eastchester Drive in High Point by chance the day before Thanksgiving 2011 and ending up leaving with a brand new 2011 Toyota Corolla. I had been shopping for cars for in High Point by chance the day before Thanksgiving 2011 and ending up leaving with a brand new 2011 Toyota Corolla. I had been shopping for cars for quite some time and Vann York was one of the few dealerships I had left to visit. Fred Cook was my salesman and he really took the time to show me all of the options available. He was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable during my visit with him. I took multiple vehicles out to test drive before realizing that the Corolla was the best fit for me. Also, Mike Stokes, one of the managers, was very helpful in making sure I got the best possible deal on my purchase. Everyone at the Vann York dealership was pleasant and polite. The men I worked with in my car purchase really made the experience an exceptional one and certainly one that I will gauge future car buying experiences against. Thank you Vann York! More
