Jose and Jerome had both called me to talk about the trade in deals and low finance rate that I was eligible for on my 2009 Rav 4. They were both friendly, informative and helpful. I had worked with Je trade in deals and low finance rate that I was eligible for on my 2009 Rav 4. They were both friendly, informative and helpful. I had worked with Jerome in January 2009 so we had already established a working relationship and I trusted him. The buying experience was painless and relatively quick. Jose explained the upgrades in the new Rav 4 that I was interested in and walked me through the loan process. I had to go back for car mats this past Saturday and they filled up my car, cleaned and waxed it and even provided some lunch for my inconvenience in having to go back to the dealership for the floor mats. I would definitely recommend Vann York Toyota to my friends. I think that Jerome is a real asset to the dealership. He has a knack of making people feel welcome and lessen their anxiety about buying a new car. More
