I have rate Vann York the best because I have had the greatest experience with their sales rep Sultan. All my calls were returned and he was alway available when I need him for questions. This is a large company with high class customer service which is rarely found these days in the United States. They spent a great deal of time making sure that the car I wanted was just right. I bought a camary and is greatly satisfied. If I was to recommend a great any family member or friends it would be at Vann York Toyota and Sultan Salsour. We called and spoke with Sean about what we were looking for in a new 4-Runner. We were at Modern Toyota in W-S and wanted to compare prices. We have bought 2 cars from Vann York and would rather buy in W-S for in a new 4-Runner. We were at Modern Toyota in W-S and wanted to compare prices. We have bought 2 cars from Vann York and would rather buy in W-S because of it being closer to where we live, however; we have ALWAYS gotten a better deal at Vann York and there is NO comparison to the sales persons.It was late afternoon and we had a 5:30 appointment in W-S. Sean informed us of what was available with the options that we were looking for and told us to come on over even though it was going to be late when we could get there. When we arrived Sean was working with other customers but took time to introduce us to Jose and inform us that he would assist us.This was after 7:00 P.M.Jose was a very polite gracious and MOST patient salesman. He was with us WAY past his going home time. I am a wife and I know how hard it is to have a family with a husband absent due to late work hours. It takes a special person to be as dedicated as Jose is and involves much personal sacrificing. I COMMEND him!!! All 3 experiences we have had at Vann York have been beyond our expectations. Both Sean and Jose have been EXCELLENT representatives for Vann York and this should give the company GREAT pleasure to have them on their staff. More

Sultan was the first employee to greet me and was very friendly and quick to answer my questions even though my first visit at the dealership was to get an official book on the 2012 Sienna and about the s friendly and quick to answer my questions even though my first visit at the dealership was to get an official book on the 2012 Sienna and about the special financing offer. He did follow-up with me a couple days afterward to see if I was still in the market for the Sienna at which time I was and asked for more details on it. While at the dealership I was able to meet the sales manager who provided me a quick quote and I asked to be given time to get back with them which was granted without any hassling calls. After research and discussion with my husband, I went back to Vann York and presented an offer which eventually was accepted and all requests therein were met with no fuss or delay. Being that it was the end of the month, the dealership was busy and we did have to wait to finalize the sale and other things but we left with the vehicle and were happy with everything. More

I did not come to Van York to buy a car but did! I was not happy with the service I received at Crown Volvo and decided to visit Van York on a lark to see what they had on the lot. I was very impressed by the sales staff and the time and attention that they gave me. Thye made me feel comforatble and at home with Van York Toyota. The Service that Fred Cook provided was excellent!! He explained all the features of the car and was very courteous, not too pushy. When negotiating the deal, Marvin seemed to be very fair and also has great customer service skills. I will reccomend Van York to anyone. They are a great dealership to work with!!! More
