I have bought 3 brand new Toyotas, 3 brand new Subarus and even a Hyundai in my lifetime. This time I bought a pre-owned Prius and was treated as though I were buying a brand new Mercedes. I am rating Fred very high on this review. As soon as I got out of my car, and walked into the building, Fred came up to me and asked if he could help me and I told him yes. He found the car I was looking for, we test drove it to my mechanic so that he could check the car out. Fred was so very patient. We came back and he helped me through the entire process. I was very grateful. The Van York showroom was very clean, and especially your ladies restroom, that's very important for women. Fred was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant. This is the second car we purchased from Mike Reid and Vann Yark dealership. I enjoy working with Mike and trust his help and direction.
