I met with James P. at Vann York Toyota in August 2023 to trade in my Camry towards the purchase of a new Toyota. James was an absolute pleasure to work with on this. The entire process was transparent, efficient, and every step was very well explained to me. James was incredibly professional the entire time, and I am very happy with the trade in/purchase deal we made. In finance, Luis was amazing, and made the process a breeze. The other members of the Vann York Toyota team I interacted during my visit were some of the friendliest people I have met, and the entire dealership feels very welcoming overall. To summarize, working with James at Vann York Toyota was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will certainly be returning for my future Toyota purchases. More
