We called and spoke with Sean about what we were looking for in a new 4-Runner. We were at Modern Toyota in W-S and wanted to compare prices. We have bought 2 cars from Vann York and would rather buy in W-S for in a new 4-Runner. We were at Modern Toyota in W-S and wanted to compare prices. We have bought 2 cars from Vann York and would rather buy in W-S because of it being closer to where we live, however; we have ALWAYS gotten a better deal at Vann York and there is NO comparison to the sales persons.It was late afternoon and we had a 5:30 appointment in W-S. Sean informed us of what was available with the options that we were looking for and told us to come on over even though it was going to be late when we could get there. When we arrived Sean was working with other customers but took time to introduce us to Jose and inform us that he would assist us.This was after 7:00 P.M.Jose was a very polite gracious and MOST patient salesman. He was with us WAY past his going home time. I am a wife and I know how hard it is to have a family with a husband absent due to late work hours. It takes a special person to be as dedicated as Jose is and involves much personal sacrificing. I COMMEND him!!! All 3 experiences we have had at Vann York have been beyond our expectations. Both Sean and Jose have been EXCELLENT representatives for Vann York and this should give the company GREAT pleasure to have them on their staff. More

He did follow-up with me a couple days afterward to see if I was still in the market for the Sienna at which time I was and asked for more details on it. While at the dealership I was able to meet the sales manager who provided me a quick quote and I asked to be given time to get back with them which was granted without any hassling calls. After research and discussion with my husband, I went back to Vann York and presented an offer which eventually was accepted and all requests therein were met with no fuss or delay. Being that it was the end of the month, the dealership was busy and we did have to wait to finalize the sale and other things but we left with the vehicle and were happy with everything. More

I did not come to Van York to buy a car but did! I was not happy with the service I received at Crown Volvo and decided to visit Van York on a lark to see what they had on the lot. The Service that Fred Cook provided was excellent!! He explained all the features of the car and was very courteous, not too pushy. When negotiating the deal, Marvin seemed to be very fair and also has great customer service skills. I will reccomend Van York to anyone. They are a great dealership to work with!!! More

Me and My husband started looking for a new car in December. My husband went to several dealerships in Winston Salem and Kernersville. He took me to some but mostley he was the one that was retired and had the time to look for me another car. I had droven a Lexus for 14 years and it was starting to have some problems. I drove a Ford Tarus but didn't like the car that much. I told him that I wanted to drive a Toyota since I had such good luck with my Lexus. We went to VanYork toyota in High Point, NC. We meet Fred Cook that day and he let me drive the new Camera. I was impressed with Fred he didn't pressure us to buy the car. His knowledge with the cars was great if he didn't know something he went and found out he didn't just make something up like so many salesperson do. We left and went home he didn't call us everyday. My husband went back and talk to him again. This is went he ask that they find me a red Camera and they did, they had two in the state. We were very pleased with what they allied us on my car and what we got the car for. Everyone at the dealer ship have been so nice they made me fill like it was my first car. I bought the car from them on Monday night and I have received an e-mail from Fred and several people in the last couple of day. I bought my Lexus new and I never heard from the saleperson again so this time I have been VERY PLEASED. More
