On my first trip to Vann York I was greeted by Keo (with a big smile) and he immediately took care of me. I spoke about a vehicle I saw on line and wanted to test drive it. I bought my very first Toyota Celica GTS from your company back in the 80's. It was the best car I've ever owned..When sold it had 247,000 miles on it, and I bet it is still running somewhere in Mexic company back in the 80's. It was the best car I've ever owned..When sold it had 247,000 miles on it, and I bet it is still running somewhere in Mexico..The salesman that day saw to it that I had the right car, right color etc.. John Fields also "listened", and sold me my Prius. The gas issue is one that is not going away any time soon..it was a win win situation with my purchase..I prefer a sales person with a sense of humor, and John filled the bill on that issue for sure! He was knowledgeable and expressed the features of the car in simple terms.. I wll recommed Vann York Toyota to my friends and also recommend John Fields.. Thank you David Walsh More

Fred was very accommodating to what we were looking for. A pretty nautical blue Prius 3 was available on the lot. I said that would be good, but I really like the leather and heated seats in the 4's. I recently purchase a new 2012 Toyota Prius from Vann York. When I pulled into the parking lot, two (2)salespersons immediately greeted me. I approached the nearest one (Sultan) and we began the process. York. When I pulled into the parking lot, two (2)salespersons immediately greeted me. I approached the nearest one (Sultan) and we began the process. I had already done my research (including pricing) on line, so had only a few questions, which were immediately answered. There was never any pressure to purchase and I was allowed to set the pace of the discussion. The dealership didn't have the exterior color that I wanted, so they did a search of other dealers and found one. At that time, I advised Sultan that I would like to drive a Prius, so we did and I was amazed! When we returned to the showroom, I asked Sultan to locate a Prius with a different interior color. He went away and came back a few minutes later with the spec sheet on the exact vehicle that I wanted. I took a few minutes to run the numbers and then made an offer which Sultan took to management. A few minutes later, he returned and advised me that my offer was accepted. Sultan took me to the business office to complete some paperwork and advised me of the day my new Prius would arrive at Vann York. When the vehicle arrived and was ready for delivery, Sultan called and advised. Since I didn't trade in my old vehicle, Sultan picked me up at my house (about 18 miles) and drove me to the dealership. He showed me my new Prius and then took me to the business ofice to complete the transaction. I have purchased many vehicles (new and used) over the years and must rank Sultan as one of the best salespersons I have ever encountered and the entire experience at Vann York as the easiest. Incidentally, I went to Vann York because the Toyota dealership nearest my home didn't treat me right. We never even got to a discussion of my purchase! More

I was very impressed with the friendlyness of the group at Van York, especially Fred Cook. Before I left I felt as tho' he was not just the sales person but my friend.
