Fred was excellent. I had questions, he got answers. I didn't feel overly pressured to do anything. When purchasing the car I had to wait for one of the managers to get out of a meeting to finish some pap didn't feel overly pressured to do anything. That took longer than I would have liked, but I believed them when they apologized for wasting my time. The first time I was there looking at cars I talked to Fred for quite a while and was very pleased with his service. Before I could leave one of the sales managers (Marvin) wanted to speak with me, and was very pushy to get me to buy the car right that moment. This was very disappointing after my wonderful experience with Fred. I almost walked out at that point, but overall I enjoyed the experience and working with Fred, he needs to keep his sales manager away though. I would purchase from him again. More
