I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline at this dealership. I have been very impressed with a person behind the scene. I am sure she does not get the recognition she deserves. This individual's picture is not on line with the other salesmen or consultants but she should be. This person has given true meaning to honesty and integrity. I believe this unseen hero is named Elain Strom. This individual obiviously does not work for credit or commisssion, she is thorough and proficient. Mr. York need more employees like her. Ms. Strom has restored my doubts in the York Dealerships that of which I am glad that people like Ms. Strom exist in public business. I realize that Vann York is a family owned business and that is the way Ms. Strom has made me feel,-(like family). Before visiting Vann York we had visited 2 other dealerships. For most of us, searching for a new car is not something we look forward to for all the red tape that comes with it. I have to say, from dealerships. For most of us, searching for a new car is not something we look forward to for all the red tape that comes with it. I have to say, from the moment we walked on the lot Richard treated us right. Got it narrowed down to exactly what is was we were looking for and in no time the deal was made. I was more than pleased what was offered on the trade in, for like I said, we had been to two other dealerships and hands down, the best deal was made here. While waiting to get in exactly what was ordered, he gave us a Camry to drive, kept us informed as to when it would be in and when it was delivered it was just that, "Exactly what was ordered". We could not be more please and will return for the service of the Camry. This dealership will come highly recomended for they delivered on coustmer service and satisfaction.
