I had a great car buying experience. I received a great deal on a 2012 Toyota RAV4. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel pressured by anyone during looking at cars and test driving. However, deal on a 2012 Toyota RAV4. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel pressured by anyone during looking at cars and test driving. However, I felt very pressured when we discussed maintenence plans. Felt like they wouldn't take "No" for an answer which was annoying to me. This was the only negative about my experience. Everything else went very smoothly and made the car buying experience fun. More

I hate the haggling that comes with buying a car. When I get ready to buy one, I go on-line and request quotes from dealers. Whoever gives me the best deal earns my business. I requested quotes from Phil Backman in Johnson City, TN; Bristol Toyota; Modern Toyota of both Winston Salem and Boone, NC; and Kingsport Toyota. The only dealer that sent me an actual quote on the vehicle I requested was Vann York. Everybody else wanted to negotiate. If I wanted to buy a car the traditional way, I would not have used the Internet. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. They gave me a fair price, didn’t try to add anything on when I got there, and had the exact car I asked for. Charles took care of me every step of the way. I will definitely buy my next car from Charles Martin at Vann York Toyota. More
