Keo did a great job. We were unsure, on our first visit, whether we were going to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle. He was equally enthusiastic about both options. We had a bad experience at another dealership. I called Vann York and spoke with Marvin Richardson. I told him that my wife and I were looking at the Toyota Sienna and told him what we needed and what we Vann York and spoke with Marvin Richardson. I told him that my wife and I were looking at the Toyota Sienna and told him what we needed and what we didn't need. He got me in touch with Jimmy Farsac and we negotiated on the trade in. There was no negotiation on the price of the van because we used a Costco incentive which put us around $400 under invoice. The negotiation was pain free. The initial offer was a bit low for me but when I told them what I wanted for a deal to happen, they did not counter. We were able to get a payment under what we were already paying for our old car and had a better interest rate through Toyota. We also purchased GAP insurance and extended the warranty to 120,000 miles. That was all we wanted and financing did not try to push anything else on us which was refreshing. We had a great experience with Vann York Toyota and would not hesitate to tell others about the dealership. Everyone from sales to financing was very helpful and informative. I would buy another car from this group in the future. More
It was a pleasure working with Terrence and the ratings above reflect my experience with Terrance and only with Terrence. My rating for the dealship as a whole would have been disatisfied. My experience before working with him included being stranded in the dealership because a representative lied to me and hid my keys so that I could not return to my place of work. Even though I explained to him when I walked into the door that I had 35 minutes during my lunch break for them to assess and determine a trade in value for my truck and I would return after work. While working with Terrence, I could tell he was looking at the best interest of my satisfaction and Toyota's long-term furture rather than making a quick extra $500. More
