This is the 3rd Camry I've purchased from Vann York. The sakes people are friendly, helpful & professional. I especially like this new location & how it's set up. Car salesmen have a negative image. I've always dreaded the dance that goes along with new car purchase negotiations. Mr. Reid, in particular, has dispelled this image for me. I recommend him & Vann York to everyone I know. Mr. Reid has sold me 2 new Camry's when I was at Toyota for service and maintenance. Both times my cars had 35K & 30K original miles in them. Mr. Reid could sell water to a drowning man & calories to a fat girl! Each time I've been thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. He should be Sales Person of the year. It was a pleasant experience working with James and Richard. We bought a 2012 Toyota Prius III. James was able to find a car with the right exterior/interior color combination we were looking for. We were also able to negotiate the price including a trade on the phone and it came in under what Rice Toyota offered so we were happy we contacted Vann York. The only real complaint I had was a mixup on VIN numbers. I had paperwork that had a different VIN than the car. Also the paperwork that was faxed to my credit union where I'm financing it had a third VIN. After I found the difference and let them know, I had to return to the dealership to sign the paperwork again, but they were ready when I arrived. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes which included faxing a new buyers order to the credit union. All in all it was a good experience and Richard was very thorough in explaining all of the features on the Prius. More
