I understand that my credit wasn't the greatest but I was put into a Camry that I really liked but the dealership told me that I didn't qualify for it. Then I returned the car to get one that had scratches put into a Camry that I really liked but the dealership told me that I didn't qualify for it. Then I returned the car to get one that had scratches all over it. They did fix them but I had tires that were somewhat dry rotted and the car is out of lign. I have used Vann York before but never again. I should have went to Rice Toyota..I still think that I should be compensated for all the time that I went back and forth dealing with all the problems. I am really debating on going to Fox8, etc. because I should have never been put in a car if the deal wasn't done. I was very disappointed in the way this was all handled. More

I did not feel pressured at any time during the process. Keo demonstrated excellent product knowledge and explained features in a way that was accessible to me. Levan was flexible and made every effort to give me a great deal. Both were courteous, friendly and professional during the entire process. Several weeks ago I reviewed the Vann York Toyota website and some others to search for a new or used Camry XLE Hybrid with the intent to purchase the best value by year's end. Vann York responded to my inquiry and invited me in for a test drive. About that time my wife and I got sick and were laid up for two weeks. Vann York and other dealerships maintained email contact throughout our sickness. About 2 weeks ago I was finally well enough to visit the dealership. Peter Boyd-Bowman welcomed me, confirmed my interest in Camry Hybrids, asked me about color and option preferences, and showed me the appropriate inventory on the lot. Peter invited me to sit in a new Camry XLE and reviewed the interior features and options and explained the particulars (engine, batteries, transmission and standard features)about the Camry Hybrid. He showed me its trunk with spare tire and standard battery, and explained the location of the drive battery and its minimal impact on the trunk capacity. I had not previously realized there is still a seat pass-through in the Hybrid. Peter also showed me the engine compartment and offered to get a more knowledgeable consultant if I had any questions. Then Peter offered me a test drive in the vehicle. The Hybrid performed beyond my expectations. On returning, Peter showed me a very low mileage, used 2012 Hybrid XLE which had the features I wanted and which was attractively priced. I declined test driving it as it was very similar to the car I had just driven. I chose to buy from Vann York Toyota because they know how to listen to their customers. An effective sales team works together to help consumers make the right decision on a new vehicle while at the same time making customers feel like they have done the transaction wisely. The sale does not end when the customer walks out the door after signing their name multiple times. The client wants to feel like they made the right choice the day after or a week after the transaction occurred. Vann York Toyota does this very well. They have got it down. Charles Martin and Fred Cook worked together to discover my automobile needs while Mike Stokes, Jerome Sam and Marvin Richardson worked together to reach my value requests. They are truly a great team that cares about their customers and strives to reach out and make each person a repeating patron. More

I have bought several cars in my lifetime and most of the time it was just a hassle. I have to say that buying this Toyota was a pleasant experience. Peter was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful but not push time it was just a hassle. I have to say that buying this Toyota was a pleasant experience. He didn't hassle with me, he got me the lowest price and the decision was up to us at that point. He even brought the General Manager over which I have never experienced. My husband and I have been loyal customers of Vann York Toyota since 1992. We visited Vann York on Nov.24th to trade in my 2011 Avalon for the new 2013 Avalon Limited and also at the same time my husband t Toyota since 1992. We visited Vann York on Nov.24th to trade in my 2011 Avalon for the new 2013 Avalon Limited and also at the same time my husband traded in his 2004 Tundra Limited 4 x 4 for a 2011 Tundra 4 x 4. We worked with Terrence East, which will be the 4th vehicle we have bought through Terrence, we have bought a total of as of now, 14 vehicles from Vann York since 1992. We started out with salesperson, Rick Campbell in 1992 until he moved up to internet sales and that is when we started working with Terrence. Rick Campbell is really a great guy to work with also!! Terrence East was very professional,detailed and answered our questions and concerns. He worked with us with a deal that we were comfortable with, no pressures, and respectful.Vann york did not have the color of 2013 Avalon I wanted , but Terrence found me the color at another location and is having it brought to Vann York. Terrence also gave me a loaner car to drive until my new one comes in. He has also kept in touch with me on the progress of the destination of the 2013 Avalon. He also contacted us about my husband's running boards came in for his 2011 Tundra. When we go in for our maintenance on our vehicles, Terrence makes a point to stop and speak to us while we are waiting in the service lobby to see how we are and if we are having any issues and if we are still enjoying them. So even after the sale they still are there to greet you with a smile! Rick Campbell will say hello to us, even some of the other sales people like Marvin Richardson, Marvin always speaks to us when he sees us there, and I have also met through the internet sales, Damaris Dilliard, which I intend to meet in person when I pick up my new 2013 Avalon, she is very friendly and sweet! We both have had all our vehicles serviced at Vann York each time when due and you can't help but love the people in the service department also, Oswald and William, they are so very helpful, friendly and we have always received excellant service!
