When making a purchase I'm a consumer who cannot be rushed. I met Terrance East during my "looking" phase. Mr East was very professional. He showed me the Avalon and offered to take me on a test dri rushed. I met Terrance East during my "looking" phase. Mr East was very professional. He showed me the Avalon and offered to take me on a test drive. We took a nice, no pressure test drive while Mr East showed me the features on the car. After the test drive I gave Mr East my email and telephone number. Mr East never pressured me. He would send an email every now and then to tell me about any specials available. There was never any pressure. I advised Mr East I was still shopping and I had narrowed my choices down. Mr East appeared confident I would be back to Toyota. He advised me to take my time and shop around. I then received an email from Marvin Richardson telling about a great July 4th sale. I went in and we began discussing price. I personally hate the negotiating process but Mr Richardson made it as painless as he could. Mr East went on a scheduled vacation so I was assisted by a new salesperson named Brandon. (Can't remember his last name. Sorry Brandon) Brandon was a lot like Mr East, no pressure. We went back and forth on the price. Brandon never tried to rush me or "close the deal" quickly. We finally agreed on a price and I got a great vehicle at a fair price. I would strongly recommend Vann York Toyota, Terrance East, Marvin Richardson and Brandon to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota. More

He had a superb knowledge of the different vehicles and features and even did a comparison spec sheet that compared the toyota highlander (which we ended up purchasing) with another make/model car that we were also considering at the time. We found him to be pleasant, personable, professional,and well educated as far as the Toyota brand. We also had a very good experience with the finance manager (don't remember his name.) Again, professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. I would gladly recommend Peter and the Vann York dealership to my friends and family. More

Robert Byman was the most knowledgeable,friendly salesman I have ever met .I have purchased many new cars over the years and none have even come close to him .He listened to everything I had to say when I wo I have ever met .I have purchased many new cars over the years and none have even come close to him .He listened to everything I had to say when I would ask questions about the vehicle that I was interested in.He explained all the details,some even before I could ask. He certainly knows his Toyota,s. he worked closely with me on price,model and options.
