Our experience was great. We were turned away from another Toyota dealership because they were not interested in helping us, however Terrence was very attentive to our needs and found a way to work ou another Toyota dealership because they were not interested in helping us, however Terrence was very attentive to our needs and found a way to work out a deal that we were happy with. When I went into Vann York Toyota I just wanted to look at the new corollas and the price. I was immediately contacted by email. I had had 3 strokes within 3 months in 2010 and was not allowed to go back at the new corollas and the price. I was immediately contacted by email. I had had 3 strokes within 3 months in 2010 and was not allowed to go back to work by the doctors and I was out of work for 19 months before getting my disability. my credit had gone down the drain. I wasn't sure I could get credit for a new car. I had owned my corolla since 2001, and had over 192,000 miles on it. mechanically it was running fine but being out in the sun for all these years the interior was dry rotting. when I went down there I was immediately met when I got out of the car. I was asked if I needed to see anyone and it had been mike emailing me so I told them his name. while I was waiting for him several more asked me if I was being helped. I did receive a new car and I know they worked to get It for me even though I was not happy with the interest rate and therefore higher payment but I guess this is what will help me get my credit back up to par. thank you for all your help. I got an excellent price for my trade-in and the finance department was very easy and enjoyable to work with also. My husband and I took the car home Friday evening and I brought it back in on Saturday to be cleaned up. I was greeted immediately by Clayton, shown to the customer lounge and kept updated on the progress of the work throughout the entire time. Before I left, Clayton went over everything with me involving the functionality of the vehicle equipment, answering any questions I had, and letting me know he would be there for my husband and I if we had any further questions or there was anything else he could help us with.
