Originally, I was quoted a lease payment of $159/month but then for reasons unknown to me, the lease became $205/month. That was very upsetting but I had to do something because my existing car was in dir but then for reasons unknown to me, the lease became $205/month. Peter Bowman was exceptional to work with. I began looking for a specific type and price of used vehicle in the Spring and called about a dozen new and used dealers checking out options I saw listed o looking for a specific type and price of used vehicle in the Spring and called about a dozen new and used dealers checking out options I saw listed on the internet. All of the salesmen seemed interested at first and took my number for future calls. However, only 2 or 3 ever called again with an option and then only once each. I stopped calling these salespeople as they gave up on us. Peter kept at it without fail. He didn't get discouraged when vehicles he called about didn't meet our needs. Twice he brought cars to our house to show to us. One of those we reached a deal on but my mechanic found problems (rust related) that led us to decide not to buy it. Again Peter didn't get upset or discouraged. He kept in touch and we finally found a 2009 Toyota Highlander Limited that appeared to be a good option. He drove it over to let us test drive the vehicle. We had it checked out and agreed to buy it. Even the price negotiation was a pleasant experience. We absolutely love the car. I'm amazed that in this day and age you can still find this level of customer service. Throughout the entire 6 month process, Peter always stayed cheerful and upbeat. It was a pleasure working with him and the next time we need a car he will be our contact. More
