I have been purchasing cars, new and used, for over 45 years and I can honestly say that this was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I have had. The dealership has a friendly and low pressu years and I can honestly say that this was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I have had. The dealership has a friendly and low pressure sales approach. Freddie was very customer service oriented and helpful. He assisted me in getting all of the stuff out of my trade in including taking off the roof racks. Of course I forgot something in the vehicle and retrieved for me. Thanks guys! More

Ashley Hill was so helpful in getting me into all the cars I was interested in quickly and efficiently, but while still allowing me all the time I needed to inspect each car and get a feel for how well i cars I was interested in quickly and efficiently, but while still allowing me all the time I needed to inspect each car and get a feel for how well it might suit me. She had information on hand to provide me details for any of my questions, and any information she didn't have readily available, she was able to look up for me on the spot during each of my test drives! I really appreciated her kindness and effort to provide me and my wife the best experience possible testing out the various options, and ultimately helping me select which option was best for us both. All the employees I've interacted with at Vann York related to this purchase have been extremely professional, but also friendly. They bent over backwards to accommodate us in different ways, and it's highly appreciated. To anyone reading, please consider shopping here if you're interested in great customer service and a satisfactory experience shopping for a new/used vehicle.
