The deal we settled on was fine, but they were to buy my leased car and make the last payments. They didn't do the math right and there was $431 left to be paid. They admitted that they made the mistake but I signed the form stating that I would pay any difference if there was any thing left, or that they would pay me any that was over. The amount that i gave them was correct ($39 over actually), but they didn't do the math right and a few weeks later called me in so that i could pay for their mistake. Admitted that it was their mistake, but focused on the form I signed and that if they paid more that I would get that money back. I couldn't figure out how they say that I have to pay for their mistake, but threatened me with having to pay it all then instead of them being SO generous and lumping it into my payments. After arguing with them for over an hour, i had to take their deal or cough it up in some chunk at some point. The fact that they made several mistakes during the deal and signing papers was bad enough as it was, but to not change the paperwork to reflect their mistake and charging ME for THEIR poor math, is reason enough for me to drive to Greensboro or Winston and to NEVER do business with such a dirty dealing company! Be warned if you decide to buy from here! More

Incredibly Happy! I got my 2014 Altima in June. I have been thoroughly impressed with Vann York's Nissan from the beginning. After shopping around at other dealerships, I got my 2014 Altima in June. I have been thoroughly impressed with Vann York's Nissan from the beginning. After shopping around at other dealerships, I am happy that I stuck with this one. On my first visit, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, another Altima or a Rogue. However, the salesperson, N'Kosi Campbell, was quick to help. He listed all the facts and figures for me and suggested what he thought would be the best fit for me. I had to think about it, so I told him I'd be back. He followed up a couple of times over the phone during that time, which showed that he cared about whether we came back or not. We went back a couple weeks later and N'Kosi helped me select a few types of Altimas I liked. I was able to compare them and made my final decision. Now it was down to settling the price, my least favorite part. This time around, my father (who should be a professional haggler) came with me. I left him to it, but I think by the time we finally settled on a price, everyone's stress levels had risen. However, all the guys at the dealership including their general manager, Trey Powell, and Erik Rodriguez remained calm and professional. After that, it was off to financing with Todd, who was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. Then finally to my new car! N'Kosi gave me a brief overview of the car, asked if I had any questions, and I was on my way. The best part is that they offered to have one of their associates pick up my car at my house, drop off a loaner car, and take mine in for its first couple of oil changes; something I was able to take advantage of yesterday. All in all, I am incredibly happy with my decision to purchase my new car from Vann York's. They have been great and have followed through with everything they said they would do. I have and will continue to recommended them to anyone who will listen and I highly recommend their salesperson N'Kosi! More

There is a very special sales person at Vann York Nissan named Brandon Colby who recently accomplished a near miracle on behalf of my husband Jim and me. Brandon is a young man who thinks in the realm of “why not,“ which is exactly how he proceeded to make a seemingly impossible dream a reality. First, let me say that he spent the better part of an entire day showing us each and every car we asked about, carefully measuring (at our request) the hatch space on each one. He even arranged for us to drive one car all the way back to Greensboro to see if the hatch could accommodate a wheelchair. Through it all he was remarkably patient, polite, kind, and cheerful. Also, we were continually impressed with his knowledge of each Nissan he showed us. We agreed to return the next day if he could offer us no money down and no increase in payments. We really didn’t think that could happen, but because Brandon thinks in terms of possibilities rather than probabilities, it did. After a lot of incredibly hard on his part and that of General Manager Trey Powell and Sales Manger Erik Rodiguez, we now own a brand new (as in five-miles-on-the-odometer new) 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Before Brandon let us drive away he got in the car with us and carefully explained every feature. He made us feel comfortable that we could easily locate and operate each of the essentials and had at least some knowledge of all others. There is a lot to love in our new car, and we do (especially its amazing gas mileage!) We also love that it’s a Nissan, a brand we first came to know and trust back in 1999. Now, fifteen years later, we still can’t imagine driving anything else. Our heartfelt thanks to Brandon Colby and the others at Vann York/High Point Nissan who made the impossible happen. It still seems like a dream, but every time either of us gets behind the wheel it is a dream come true. More

My husband had been driving a 16 year old truck so we felt like it was time he needed a new truck. We knew we were looking for an 8-cyclinder, 4-wheel drive, 4-door truck with sidesteps. We knew what we wanted before we met with Don Smith at Vann York's High Point Nissan. However, I called him up and make an appointment to come meet him and let him show us what he could do for us. We took a couple of trucks out for test drives (that had all the bells and whistles) but knew the 2nd one we drove was exactly what we wanted and the color was graphite blue - absolutely beautiful 2014 Nissan Titan! I told Don if he could make it happen we would make the deal. It didn't take Don and Todd too long to get everything together and then we made the deal and drove home in my husband's new truck! Needless to say, my husband and I are very pleased with the dealership's customer service as well as the new truck! We hope this truck will last 16 years or more too! I looked at several different vehicle brands, but decided I wanted another Nissan, because I have always been very pleased with the service department at Vann York Nissan. I found both Curtis and John to be very kind, helpful and considerate salesmen. I looked at a Sentra, a Versa, a Juke, and a Rogue, and decided that the Rogue was the perfect size for me! John helped me get started and then Curtis worked with me during the whole car-buying process. They were both very professional, and listened to me as I told them what I wanted. Curtis made sure that I was comfortable with my choice before I bought it and before I drove it home. I love my new Rogue! More
