Overall, we had an exceptional experience. We purchased a new car in under 3 hours from test drive to leaving the lot. Unlike many of the other dealers in the area, when I expressed interest in the vehicle new car in under 3 hours from test drive to leaving the lot. Unlike many of the other dealers in the area, when I expressed interest in the vehicle I wasn’t bombarded with phone calls or texts. I received one inquiry asking what I was interested in. Olivia Perry was our internet sales consultant, Rod Jackson was the sales manager we started our phone conversation with and Larry Spates was our salesperson. Larry was on top of his game knowing the features of the vehicle. Albeit a little long winded, he made sure we knew every single feature before we left with our car. Financing was a breeze because we prequalified through Cap One. The only things I didn’t care for was the sales pitch that someone else purchased the car we expressed interest in and were quoted a price on and that our trade in had an accident record. We left with the exact car they quoted us based on the vin and stock number (but they did sell it to us for $10 less than our original quote) and our car when I checked the vin history report never had an accident but did have hail damage reported. All in, it was a great buying experience and we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks Carolina Hyundai. More
