*** Updating my review *** Called and set an appointment for oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 Accord. My father had told me that he had taken his Accord in for service on Called and set an appointment for oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 Accord. My father had told me that he had taken his Accord in for service one time ( was about a year ago ) and he had marked his tires to be sure they were rotated. After the service he checked and they had not been rotated and he had to point it out for them to pull the car back in and rotated his tires. SO prior to my appointment I also marked my tires. After I was told the service was completed I went and checked my tires and STILL IN THE SAME LOCATION . I pointed this out to the service writer Brian who said he would go speak to the technician. He came back after a couple minutes and told me that they didnt rotate them because the best tires were already on the front and they wanted to keep them there. He said I wasn't charged for them, well of course I was because I was part of the package I was paying for , clearly says on the digital coupon AND receipt oil and filter change AND a tire rotation, its part of the service package. During this visit I also had the transmission fluid changed. My fear is if they didnt rotate my tires and didnt tell me until I called them on it HOW do I know they changed the transmission fluid ? I was a auto technician for 20 years and can easily maintain my own car BUT like the convenience of having the dealership perform my service work so I don't have to dispose of oil , fluids and such. I need to trust the people that service my car and I now feel I can no longer trust Vann York Hondas service department. Not going to trash them on social media or anything BUT did want management to be aware practices like this are occurring and will cost them customers when found. It has cost them THIS customer for sure. I also will remember this on my next auto purchase as well. *** Updating my review *** This dealer called me to ask about my issues. They were concerned and have went above and beyond to make the situation right. I feel my issue was a one off issue and that this dealer has shown they care and have fixed the issue More

2013 Honda Pilot Service I am sorry but i forgot the advisor name. i only saw short name. By the way, The gentleman who helped me was really calm and cool. I search everything and try to make logic out of it. So when he said "14520-rca-a01 Time Belt Tensioner” has problem, i was not sure that this fix is required. when he told me it is under warranty so i though let it be. Man once 14520-rca-a01 Time Belt Tensioner got change my car engine noice is gone and it is running smooth. The moral of the story is that you can faith on these guys and do service. I am from Massachusetts and this my first Service in Greensboro NC. I think i am hooked with this dealer and will continue with them, as long as they don’t screw it. Note for Dealer If possible please let me know the advisor and service guy name so that i can wrote review for them. More
