The salesman was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. However, when I came to pick my car up, they had not added the extras I had requested. I had to wait 1.5 hours while they added the pin strip with. However, when I came to pick my car up, they had not added the extras I had requested. He was very aggressive with pushing the extended warranty and when I declined, he spoke to me as if I were an idiot for passing on the warranty. Overall it was a good experience and Ken was a delight to work with. More
Kevin was very professional. If I hadn't been really ready to buy a car, I would have been turned off when the sales manager came out to deal with me instead of me going back to Toyota...but I had been ready to buy a car, I would have been turned off when the sales manager came out to deal with me instead of me going back to Toyota...but I had been looking at cars for months. I will say that Reggie in the finance office was not very friendly and the next day when I came in to pick up my car no one even spoke to me as I walked thru the complex but my salesman. I thought that was unprofessional. These guys they know how to sell you a car with a big smile in their faces. I bought a new Pilot and trade my old Ford. I found out later they payed me for old my car far below the right price, however t smile in their faces. I bought a new Pilot and trade my old Ford. Just recently I went back "since they send me a letter where they stated they need my Honda Pilot". I visited the dealership but they acted as they even did know my car, even if I had ALL my service through them, included the last one which was few weeks before. In any case, again, they did not quote my car fairly. I really felt I was ripped off, so I decided to visit few other dealers. All quoted my car higher than Vann York. I ended up to receive almost 10% more than Vann York were willing to pay. I'd like to add that Mr Corbett send me a follow-up letter, after few days I visited the dealership, like nothing happened. It was a standard letter precisely copied from Customer Service Manuel. No empathy at all. I say they seem nice and friendly but I recommend to double check whatever they say. More

This was a very good experience. The dealership was very friendly and not too large that you felt like you were a number not a person. It is hard to find a dealership like Vann York. I would surely recommend it to anyone looking for a honda. We live in Garner, NC and my son-in-law has already agreed on a price before we went to purchase the car. The dealer had a driver in our area trading a car with another dealer and offered to come to our house and pick us up and take us back to the dealer so we would not have to rent a car to go pick up our new pilot. They explained all the warrenty deals and other information we needed but didn't presure you to buy anything you didn't want. I am very pleased with the whole experience. More

I am very pleased with Vann York Honda. This was my first experience buying a honda. All of the people at the dealership were very friendly in the showroom. My husband and I were particularly pleased with the salesman JW Willoughby. He had very good customer service and was very professional. We had trouble deciding on which vehicle we wanted to purchase. JW patiently let me test drive several of them and let us look in all the vehicles that we wanted to see. At no time, did we feel pressured into buying something that we didn't want. He allowed us to take our time and make several trips to the dealership and look at different vehicles until we decided what we wanted. On our first visit at the dealership to look at the vehicles , the manager of the dealership, Barry Deas introduced himself to us and gave us his card and offered to be of assistance if we needed it. The dealership worked with us to help find a vehicle that was affordable and in our price range. I had a minor issue with something being on the paint in one area that we discovered after purchasing our vehicle. JW and Barry Deas immediately looked at it when I arrived back at the dealership and had it fixed at the body shop without any wait time at all. I was very impressed with the man at the body shop. He did top work in getting the spots off of the paint and rewaxing the area. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. And JW Willoughby is a great salesman. And if I am ever in the market for another new vehicle, I would definitely come back to Vann York Honda in High Point. More

He was very helpful with all aspects of the deal from offering services to discussing details with the sales managers. Moreso, they were willing to meet the competition's price which was a plus from a dealer proximity perspective. Once I arrived at the showroom, all the paperwork was prepared and Michael walked me through the finer points that I needed to be aware of. I felt like I was getting a very good deal and that was reiterated after speaking with Michael. Overall it was a very hassle-free and stress-free experience. The process was very organized and smooth as I was in and out in 1.5 hrs and picked up my new Honda later that evening. More
We wanted a vortex blue Honda Fit and there were none within 80 miles of our home.
