Overall, the experience was very good. Kevin answered all the questions I had. He was friendly and was not pushy. I was happy to have no more down payment required than our old vehicle, a 14-year-old F all the questions I had. He was friendly and was not pushy. I was offered a service contract (which are usually overpriced), which I rejected. Happily, I was not pushed on that either. Probably the only change I would have liked was to have an option on the dealer add-ons -- Paint sealamt, accent stripe, and mud guards. I wasn't even aware of those until the deal was closed. However, it would have only made a $15 dollar or difference in monthly payment. Kevin did give me a significant reduction on the sticker price, so the end result still leaves me happy with the payments. More

At Vann York, the ENTIRE experience was positive. Friendly and attentive staff, fair negotiations, great price compared to competitors (and I did indeed do my due diligence), great follow-up and overall attention to detail. Typically the "love" ends as soon as the paperwork is signed and the deal is done - not here! We had leather installed a couple days after the purchase and the fantastic customer service continued. My salesman Lamarr Anderson had everything lined up. They knew me by name the morning I drove up to get the leather installed and they had my loaner all ready to go. There is definitely something different about this dealership - they are serious about customer service. Give this dealer a shot - I don't think you'll be disappointed. More
