As I walked into the dealership I was looking for Ray Moriarty the Internet guy. Someone graciously steered me to his office. Once I found what I liked, they gave me an awesome trade-in value on my car and arranged what I consider great financing for me. Everyone at the dealership acknowledged my presence as I was walking around or waiting for my car to be detailed and the tank "FILLED UP". Certainly debuffs the dreaded car purchase experience. My wife and I had purchased a new CR-V from Vann York. We started out dealing with JW and he was helpful. We had talked with him about what we wanted and we actually had a vehicle held for us until the follo started out dealing with JW and he was helpful. We had talked with him about what we wanted and we actually had a vehicle held for us until the following week. The day we went back in to do the transaction JW was off so we had to deal with another salesman. The salesman (Don Penetta) was not very helpful and unwilling to make the customer happy. We had an issue with the vehicle which was very simple, we had told JW we did not want a pinstripe and we arrived to find they had put a pinstripe on. Don told us they could take it off if we didn't want it. We had it taken off but asked if we could get a cargo tray in place of the pinstripe since we had still been charged for the pinstripe. This is when his attitude changed. We were then told the pinstripe was only a $20 cost to them and there was no way they could give us a cargo tray. He told us they could only credit us $50 of the $99 charge which I'm not sure we even got that deduction. We left the dealership feeling like our business was not appreciated. We were looking forward to dealing with Vann York since they are local for us to use for our service work but after our experience with the sales process we will be going to another Honda dealership. More

This was my first time buying a car and the experience was GREAT!!! I went to Crown Honda first and I had an awful experience. They were too pushy and not very friendly.
