We had a very bad experience with the "other" Honda dealer. We walked out of the "other" dealership because of many reasons. I called and spoke to Shelton Staten. He was immediately interested Honda dealer. We walked out of the "other" dealership because of many reasons. I called and spoke to Shelton Staten. He was immediately interested in helping us out. We talked for a bit, agreed on the type automobile that we were interested in, and set a time to come in. As it would happen, my appointment was too soon for him to get the exact color we wanted that morning, so he told us that we could get it by the next day. He saw that it was not going to work for us, and then volunteered to either bring it to my job, or get it in by that evening. I must add here, we did not give him the amount of time he would have needed to get the car there, he never ONCE said anything about that. He just kept trying to get us the car. Kept going out of his way to help us. As it turned out we hadn't actually seen the new 2013's, so while he was checking on the other vehicle, we were introduced to Jerry, who instantly stepped in where Stanton left off. He showed us the different models, and some of the new features. I was really liking what I was being shown, and how it was being shown. He was very candid, and professional, yet it was like having a conversation. Not selling me a car. We had initially come to look at the 2013 CRV AWD EX. Well, we ended up with the EX-L. We were very happy with the entire sales process. Then we went to finance, smooth and easy....very pleasant! Everyone was great......Then the topper....After the sale, Jerry gave us a tour of the facility, showing us where to come for service, and options, and parts, and accessories. We were actually introduced to the service personnel! I am a Honda employee, and work for Honda Jet. Both Jerry, and Stanton, went out of their way, above and beyond, and made something that I was dreading, pleasant, easy, and very comfortable. They represented Honda, and themselves with a high level of pride and respect. We will return for our next vehicle, and will bring our service needs to your dealership. You have earned what the "Other" guys tried to steal. Special thanks to both Jerry, and Stanton!! More

Robert was very friendly and very willing to work with me. I was referred to Vann York by my mother after she had a poor experience at Crown. I too had a poor experience at Crown. I had a great experience at Flow Honda in High Point with Jim Lucido! He was not pushy at all, which made me more comfortable in making my decision to purchase. I bought a new Nissan Xterra in 2005 and after 3 years I started having a lot of sensor replacements which was costing me $400 to $500 a pop. After 4 years of that I wanted to get rid of my truck even though I loved it, I needed something reliable. I was referred to Jim by a personal friend. I also talked to several Honda owners who were very happy with their cars and did not have any problems with their cars like I did my Nissan. I walked in just wanting to see what trade in value I could get out of my car. When I pulled in the Accord I ended up buying was the first car I saw. It dark outside but it was like a light was shining down on it saying, "Andrew, this is it." Jim took care of me and the dealership gave me a fair trade in on my truck with the problems it was having. And on top they stayed at the monthly payment I wanted plus adding a 100,000 mile warrenty to it. I wake up in the morning excited to drive me new 2013 Accord Sport and can't wait to get off work to drive it home!! Plus the money I am saving in gas is incredible. I had been driving a Nissan since I was 15 but after the way I have been treated at their service departments and the recalls, headaches, etc, I am very happy to switch to Honda!! I have told family, friends, and co-workers about my experience and Nissan will miss out but I am referring everyone I know to Jim Lucido at Flow Honda! I will be going back to him as well when I am ready to trade in! More

This was by far the best car buying experience I've every had in all my years of buying a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and did not want to go thru the back and forth for hours of negotiating had in all my years of buying a new car. Mr. Cline was very helpful. He listened to the things I was looking for in a new car and did not attempt to change my mind. He arranged for me to test drive the vehicles I was interested in and was knowle was looking for in a new car and did not attempt to change my mind. Mr. Cline was flexible and worked with me to arrange times to come to the dealership that worked with my schedule. Once I decided which car I wanted, he helped me through the remainder of the process. He has called me since the purchase to inquire about questions.
