I purchased a used 2004 Toyota Sienna and started having some issues, I called my sales representative JW and left a message. He immediately returned my call and had already spoken with the service departm some issues, I called my sales representative JW and left a message. He immediately returned my call and had already spoken with the service department and made arrangements for my vehicle to be checked. . Once we set up a service time, JW met me before I could get out of the car and to the service department. The service department decided to keep my car and called for a rental and picked up the expense. The following day once the issues had been identified it turned out to be an expensive repair, but they took responsibilty for their part since the purchase was still only a few weeks old and my part ended up being very reasonable. My experience with this purchase started out to be a problem and I was concerned that since I had purchased a used car that it was my fault for not having it properly checked. The dealership stood behind their transaction and took responsibility when they really didn't have to and in return they gained a loyal customer who will be back for future purchases!
