I have been a loyal customer of Van York Honda for over 15 years, having leased 5 or 6 vehicles during that time. I have worked with Jim Budusky for the last 3 or so leases and he always gets me an excell 15 years, having leased 5 or 6 vehicles during that time. This time, however, after talking with Jim, I decided to purchase a new Civic EX -L 2013 with all its new improvements (especially soundproofing and navigation, with Bluetooth, and improved mileage, important to me because I commute to work). Jim is low key and easy to work with, answering all my many questions with patience. He worked with me on my hours, (after 6:30 pm weekdays and Saturday mornings) to get everything done so I didn't have to be away from work. The financing team was smooth and quick on paperwork, even at 7pm at night. I turned in my leased vehicle at the same time with absolutely no fuss. You can't have a smoother transaction, and I already know the service department is great because I have been coming there for 15 years also.
